How VMI Works
Vendor managed inventory programs with Tech Tool are built around the products and usage patterns that already exist in your operation, not a generic template applied from the outside.
We start with the items that run consistently: repeat-use cutting tools, metalworking fluids, abrasives, workholding, or other approved production items. Together we establish the products to include, the usage or consumption patterns that drive replenishment, and the service expectations that fit your operation and procurement process.
Depending on the requirement, this may include scheduled replenishment, min/max inventory levels, repeat-order simplification, planning for long-lead or specialty items, and alternate sourcing support when a standard channel is delayed.
