Compensation

Structure and Terms

50% of Gross Profit

This is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity. Compensation is based solely on approved new business generated by the contractor. Commission is calculated as 50% of gross profit per sale and is payable only after Tech Tool receives full, cleared customer payment.

There is no base salary, draw, mileage reimbursement, vehicle allowance, health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), or company-sponsored benefit package.

Account Ownership

Account Protection and Agreements

Tech Tool has an established customer base, protected house accounts, supplier relationships, pricing data, and confidential business information.

House accounts and existing protected accounts are excluded unless approved in writing. New account ownership and commission eligibility must be approved by Tech Tool management.

A confidentiality and non-solicitation agreement is required.
