Each certificate applies to the named organization, site, and scope. Product suitability and application-specific approvals are confirmed separately for the fluid and process you intend to use.

Review the certificate holder, manufacturing location, scope, and validity dates. Request the current certificate if the published copy has passed its expiry date.
Medical and other critical applications
Ask for the documentation for the specific formulation, material, and process. Testing of a fluid does not establish the compliance of a finished component or replace your process validation.
