1. Use of Products
Oemeta coolants and other products are designed for industrial use only.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper handling, storage, dilution, and application according to OEM, OSHA, and SDS guidelines.
Tech Tool Akron is not liable for improper use, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.
2. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion.
Lead times and delivery dates are estimates and may vary.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Payment terms are due at checkout unless alternative arrangements (e.g., net terms) are approved in writing.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping policies (see separate Shipping Policy) apply.
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once products are delivered to the carrier.
Tech Tool Akron is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Opened, expired, dented, or damaged containers are non-returnable.
Restocking fees and freight costs apply to approved returns.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
All products are provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties beyond the manufacturer’s specifications.
Tech Tool Akron disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Performance outcomes (e.g., tool life, sump stability, cost savings) depend on customer conditions and are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tech Tool Akron is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost production, downtime, or profit loss.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Compliance & Indemnification
Customers agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations when storing, handling, and disposing of coolants.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tech Tool Akron from any claims, damages, or costs resulting from misuse, non-compliance, or third-party claims.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
