Coolant maintenance tools and replacement parts

Coolant maintenance involves measurement, oil removal, fluid handling and correct replacement components. This collection brings those functions together without treating them as interchangeable. Select by the purpose of the equipment first, then check the exact model, installation requirements and manufacturer instructions.

Choose by the application, then the configuration

A refractometer, oil skimmer and replacement motor address different needs. Record the existing model and configuration before ordering a service part.

Start with the operation or maintenance task and the existing equipment. Record the feature, material or sump conditions that determine the choice. A product category helps narrow the search, but the selected configuration supplies the dimensions, geometry and connection requirements needed for the actual job.

Specifications that matter

Review monitoring method, equipment function, model compatibility, electrical supply, installation dimensions and service components. Read each value with its units and the conditions attached to it. Where the drawing uses a reference letter or subscript, match that reference to the table instead of relying on the apparent proportions of the illustration.

Keep related dimensions together when reviewing the assembly. Overall size, usable length and mounting dimensions describe different requirements. A blank or dash is not a zero value, and an illustration does not establish a tolerance. If a required value is not stated, obtain it before making a fit or performance decision.

Examples in this collection

Zebra Coolant Diverter for Oil Skimmers

Oil and coolant separator for Zebra Sidewinder tube skimmers and belt skimmers. Separates coolant from collected tramp oil and returns the coolant to the sump.

Read drawings and manufacturer documents together

Use the selected product’s technical table, dimension drawing and supporting manufacturer documents together. Check the article or EDP identifier and the document’s stated family or configuration scope. A general catalog page can provide context, but it should not override a current product-specific listing when the two disagree.

For a replacement, record the existing identifier and version as well as the required dimensions. For a new assembly, check both sides of every connection. Similar product names, a shared manufacturer and matching nominal dimensions do not by themselves prove compatibility. Follow the selected product’s installation and operating instructions.

Frequently asked questions

Does an odor-control product replace coolant testing?

It does not establish concentration or fluid condition. Follow the fluid supplier’s maintenance guidance and use the appropriate measurement tools for the parameter being checked.

How do I avoid ordering the wrong configuration?

Identify the existing equipment model and the task the new item must perform. Confirm reach, installation space, electrical configuration and any stated model compatibility. When ordering a replacement component, compare the exact part or assembly rather than assuming the collection’s other products use the same component.

Can I use the product image to confirm fit?

Use images to identify the product type and visible features. Confirm fit from the published dimensions and interface details. Manufacturer illustrations may be representative, and optional or related components shown in a photograph are not proof of the selected article’s scope of delivery.

What should I include when requesting assistance?

Provide the exact article, EDP or model, the application, relevant dimensions and the equipment it must connect to. Include the workpiece or tool requirements and any known installation restrictions. This gives the selection or quote request a defined basis; pricing, stock, lead time and shipping must be confirmed for the actual items.

Selection and related resources

Choose the maintenance task before selecting equipment: floating-oil removal, coalescing, coolant mixing, concentration measurement, level management or sump maintenance.

Match equipment to the machine, sump and fluid system. Confirm installation space, connections, power and included components. Test supplies and chemical maintenance products require their own instructions; they do not replace a fluid-specific maintenance plan.
