SCHUNK TRIBOS-S SRE side-opening reduction inserts adapt the matching polygonal toolholder to a TRIBOS SVP clamping device. The side opening allows lateral insertion during the tool-clamping setup.

Choosing a configuration

Match the exact toolholder system and permitted clamping diameter, then compare insert dimensions D2 and L1. Preserve the complete SRE designation and article number when replacing an insert.

Compatibility and use

Confirm the reduction insert, toolholder and SVP device combination before use. A matching nominal diameter does not make inserts for different TRIBOS systems interchangeable. Article 206089 is restricted to toolholder articles 202376 and 203769.
