A New Mark for the Indispensable People Who Make Things

American flag hanging above a bright manufacturing floor for Tech Tool

Introducing the next chapter of Tech Tool on Labor Day 2026.

On Labor Day, we are not simply unveiling a new logo. We are giving form to what has always mattered most: the people who make things, maintain them, inspect them, source them, ship them, and keep American production moving.

Walk into a great machine shop and look up. Above the machines, tool carts, cranes, gauges, coolant, chips, rush orders, and production boards, an American flag hangs from the rafters.

That image inspired the new Tech Tool mark.

The flag is more than decoration. It represents freedom, sacrifice, opportunity, responsibility, and the right to build a life through honest work. It is also a reminder that manufacturing is a national capability. The ability to make, repair, adapt, and produce still matters to the strength of this country.

Labor Day honors the people behind that capability.

Our new mark honors them too.

The Mark

The new Tech Tool mark began with a childhood memory: an American flag hanging above a machine shop floor as I visited customers with my father.

That flag became a symbol of heritage, responsibility, and the work we are trusted to carry forward.

We placed that idea between TECH and TOOL because it belongs there. The people who make things are not adjacent to our story. They are the center of it.

This Labor Day, the new identity will begin to appear across techtool.com, our line card, quotes, documents, new digital tools, and team apparel.

The wordmark is more precise. The central mark is more meaningful. The visual system is more direct, more industrial, and more representative of the company we have built over the past 25 years.

Since 2001, Tech Tool has grown from a family business serving machine shops into a specialized industrial distributor with deep technical capabilities and a clear focus on manufacturing. That foundation began with my father, whose principles were simple: serve the customer, serve the people beside you, honor those who came before you, and take care of what has been entrusted to you.

Cutting tools have always been central to our work, alongside abrasives, workholding, coolant systems, MRO, production support, and metalworking fluids.

The mark is new.

The reason for the work is not.

Same Standard

We still answer.

We still move quickly.

We still tell a customer when a product fits, when it does not, and what the next practical step should be.

We still help solve coolant, tooling, sourcing, and production problems before they cause downtime.

New mark. Same standard.

For 25 years, Tech Tool has grown through relationships with people who take production personally: customers who call before a problem becomes a shutdown, suppliers who stand behind their products, and partners who understand that trust is built one quote, one order, one delivery, and one solved problem at a time.

The new mark represents the company we have built over the past 25 years and the company we will keep building: technically credible, responsive, proudly committed to American manufacturing, and centered on the people doing the work.

For the People Who Make Things

This Labor Day, we dedicate the new Tech Tool mark to the machinists, operators, toolmakers, grinders, welders, engineers, maintenance teams, buyers, inspectors, shipping crews, veterans, military families, and the next generation learning how to make things here.

The flag hangs above the floor.

Its spirit now stands at the center of our mark.

The next chapter of Tech Tool begins where it always has: with the people who do the work.
