Optimized Machine Hygiene
To maximize the service life and performance of Oemeta metalworking fluids, we recommend a full system purge with ADDI-PROX SC before every new filling. This ensures that external contaminants and residual biological growth do not compromise the property parameters of your fresh coolant.

Application Data
Recommended Dosage: Add at 1% – 2% by volume directly to the existing (old) coolant in the sump.
Cleaning Duration: Continue machining as normal for a period of 8 hours to 3 days to allow the detergent to circulate through all lines.
Post-Clean Procedure: After the circulation period, fully drain the machine, remove loosened chips/sludge, and recharge with fresh Oemeta coolant.
