The Power of Esters for MQL
Oemeta MICROTOL EC 32 bridges the gap between dry machining and flood cooling for ferrous metals. With a kinematic viscosity of 32 mm²/s (at 40°C), it provides the necessary "cushion" and lubricity for machining titanium, stainless steel, and gray cast iron. Unlike fatty alcohols (FA series) which evaporate, the EC series leaves a persistent film that protects the tool during interrupted cuts and heavy chip loads.

System Integration and Economy
A key advantage of the EC 32 formula is its synergy with the Oemeta ecosystem. Because it is emulsifiable, parts can be cleaned using standard water-based washers, and the runoff can often be recycled into the central coolant system (if using HYCUT), turning a waste stream into a valuable resource. This "self-cleaning" property eliminates the sticky residues often associated with vegetable-based MQL oils.
