How to Select an Oemeta Metalworking Fluid

Useful measures can include concentration, pH, water quality, tool consumption, surface finish, corrosion, foam, residue, makeup rate, downtime, and disposal frequency. Before changing products, evaluate the condition of the machine, lines, tank, filtration, and existing fluid. Residual chemistry and contamination can affect a new charge. Do not mix coolants, oils, cleaners, biocides, or control additives unless the combination and procedure have been approved for the application.
