Why .2–2%?
Many industrial fluids—such as washing detergents and short-term rust inhibitors—require very lean ratios to function correctly without leaving sticky residues. Standard coolant mixers often lack the resolution to dial in "1.5%" accurately. The D14MZ2 specializes in this range, using a finer piston stroke to ensure that your wash water or dip tank is chemically balanced, preventing both product waste and residue issues on finished parts.
